"At the other end of the spectrum, the famous cyberartist Pygoya refers to cyberart as the Virtual Art of Webism and gives a somewhat lengthy definition of his understanding of this innovative art form.  He states that it is art that is displayed and exists only in virtual or Cyberspace.  He states that currently, the virtual space of the World Wide Web on the Internet is Cyberart's domain and though the breakthrough of technology and specifically telecommunications-cyberart is art that can be experienced globally and from different locations at the same moment in time."
