Thank you for your order! We are pleased that the USPS has given us the

opportunity to offer the PhotoStamps product, and we take this

responsibility very seriously.

Unfortunately, we were unable to accept the image that you have submitted.

While there are limits to what we can feature on PhotoStamps, please understand that any order rejection is not meant to be a value judgment about the customer or the submitted image.  Meanwhile, because PhotoStamps are real postage they are held to a very high set of standards that include - but are not limited to - rules regarding: 

 

- Politics

- Sexuality

- Religion

- Copyright

- Symbolism 

- Controversy

- Violence

 

In addition to the above, there are also occasional technical issues that can cause an image to be rejected after submission.  Unfortunately we are unable to provide any details about why any specific image was rejected. 

 

As such we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have

caused, and we hope that you will come back to PhotoStamps soon and

place another order.  Please rest assured that your credit/debit card

will not be charged for any order that is rejected.

If you submitted all 7 images as a single order, that means the entire order has been cancelled.  As such, you would need to place a new order for the remaining images.  We apologize for the inconvenience!

 

(note, they don't identify WHICH one is rejected so how would I know which are the remaining images?)
