Internet cafes everywhere in San Jose.....$1.50 - $3.00 the hour. So nice to
be able to connect with loved ones when travelling alone......which, by the
way, has been wonderful, fun enriching so far. Classes both language and
dance (tango class was really fun) very small, very good although there are
not many advanced students like myself. Staying with lovely woman a bit
outside of city...thank God as San Jose is truly an armpit. Exhaust fumes
suffocating from excellent bus system. Went dancing and to to Costa Rica's
Teatro Nacional last night......a very well preserved, classic old Bldg.
similar to Lyceo......Festival of the Arts here for two weeks which has been
a real treat. I'm going off tomorrow to spend a few days on the coast to
SWIM and clear my lungs. The "Ticos" (Costa Ricans) are the best.......very
polite, educated, clean, good looking people.
Forgot how addicting travelling can be! Wheeeeeeee!
