DECISION: July 20, 2005 - informed realtor to put together a written offer on the building in Cottage Grove

I've been out of town since Sunday and will be returning home this evening late. I did talk to the agent of "pinky". He said the sellers are going to file bankruptcy and he now has to deal with the attorney and trustee but he said that he thought that would be to our advantage as they will be liquidating their assets. I will be in touch with him again today. It will probably take a bit longer for us to get a response so I will have to type up an extention of time for presentation and have you sign it tomorrow. I will be in touch with you in the morning when I hear more.
