Getting close to the starting gun at 6 a.m., time to stretch

Your Running-Artist, Pygoya

6 a.m. start not the best time to do "plein air" art

Disappointingly, my 6 or so fantastic waterfall shots are shrouded in darkness.

The morning chill is exhilarating and the darkness with glowing lights surreal.

Tropical foliage to the max!

East Hawaii's overcast blends sea and sky into a silvery canvas.

Listen to those distant waves between the chirping of forest birds.

We run among the trees, still providng cover from the early morning light.

Memories of distant generations that worked the sugar plantations along this coast line of East Hawaii

Their descendants get a modern public school education
